Second Coming

He is coming a second time, that is to say one more time, not two, not three more times. He is not going to come and reap His Church, and then later reap more believers, and another time appear on Mount Sion (Zion). When He comes the second time He reaps His Church and does other things including coming down on Mount Sion (Rev 14:1). He has already come the first time -- that is when He was born, He ministered, and He died on Calvary and rose the third day.

"So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation." (Heb 9:28 KJV)

Clouds are a part of the scene

a) When our Savior comes the second time, He is coming in clouds and every eye is going to see Him (Rev 1:7), no secret rapture Study. Many times when the Bible mentions His coming, clouds are a part of the scene (Daniel 7:13; Mat 24:30, 26:64; Mark 13:26; Luke 21:27; Acts1:9-11; 1 Th 4:17; Rev 11:12, 14:14-16). Those scripture help confirm a one time Second Advent.

"And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. " (Mark 14:62 KJV)
"Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen." (Rev 1:7 KJV)

For the believer the clouds Jesus comes in are going to be like a refuge, but for the rebels it is going to be a time of darkness, gloominess, etc. (Joel 2:2; Zep 1:14-16) maybe comparable to the time when Israel left Egypt (Exo 13:21-22, 14:19-20)

The earth and heavens will be shaken

b) When our Savior comes the second time, the earth and heavens will be shaken Study.

"Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire." (Heb 12:26-29 KJV)

He reaps His harvest
